Position Overview:

 This role primarily centers on civil litigation, but opportunities will span corporate, commercial lending, real estate, wills and estates, and family law. We have need for a lawyer to step into our existing litigation, and as such there is no requirement to come to the firm with an existing litigation case load.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively handle civil litigation cases in the Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench.\
• Display interest and engagement in various legal matters across our broad practice areas.
• Provide objective, practical legal advice to our valued clients.
• Foster collaboration within a supportive team environment, sharing insights and ideas.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of civil litigation experience.
• Exposure to corporate, commercial lending, real estate, wills and estates, and family law is advantageous.
• Must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
